Working with Peter, Michaela, and the rest of the team at Red Cedar Real Estate was a great experience. Based on our limited dealings with real estate agents in the past, we were expecting a certain level of used-car salesmanship in the home buying process. Peter provided everything but that. He is knowledgeable, honest, and provides the information and advice needed to make buying a home a decision we were happy and comfortable with. Peter was always patient with us, and we never felt rushed to settle for less than what we wanted in our home. Viewing houses with Peter is a genuinely enjoyable experience. He never tried to sell us on anything and just allowed us to form our own opinions about each property. However, he is quick to notice potential issues with a property and wouldnt let us stumble into a bad situation unaware. We learned a lot about evaluating the condition of a home during the process, and we cant thank Peter enough for his patience in answering all of the questions we had along the way.Peter also provided excellent referrals for other aspects of the homebuying process, such as a great home inspector and title company.
