Red Cedar Real Estate

Joe was absolutely amazing to work with as first time home buyers!! Our family recommended him as a Realtor after using his company a few years ago. We were in the middle of getting married while looking for a house and Joe was great at working around our busy schedules and putting in offers quick when we were interested!! We ended up purchasing a home in Glen Burnie, MD and are so happy!

We seriously cant recommend Joe and the Bird Team enough!! They were fantastic throughout our entire home-buying experience. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Joe was so patient, understanding, and responsive every step of the way. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so much easier and more manageable. Joe is a very knowledgeable real estate agent who knows the Howard County market incredibly well. During each house tour, he pointed out things we never would have thought to look for and took the time to explain everything along the way. He was also a great advocate for us throughout the buying process and always made sure our best interests were represented. We appreciated how quickly he responded and always felt comfortable asking questions, no matter how small. We never felt rushed or silly for not knowing something, and he made us feel like we were in great hands throughout the entire process. Were so grateful to Joe and the entire Bird Team for helping us find our home and making our first home-buying experience such a positive one. If youre looking for a real estate agent in Howard County, we would HIGHLY recommend Joe and the Bird Team!!

Joe is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. He was very willing to meet us whenever, and answered all of my many questions! Extremely helpful.

Joe is an outstanding realtor. He was recommended to us and we are so happy we chose to work with him and his team. They were knowledgeable, available, and supportive during the home selling process. We highly recommend him.

Joe Bird did something my other realtor couldn't manage. After two attempts with a previous realtor I called Joe for his guidance. I have a quirky older home (circa 1930) and noticed Joe sold a neighbor's home that was older than mine. I am so glad I made that call because Joe sold my home in a week! I was so delighted...and caught off guard given my previous attempts. Joe is a delight to work with. He and his team have great marketing strategies, clearly ?? Joe goes above and beyond for you. I highly recommend using Joe Bird for your real estate needs.
