I had a great experience working with Josh during the sale of my home. The circumstances of my sale were a little different since the buyer approached me directly about purchasing the property. Josh stepped in to represent me and made the entire process much easier to navigate. He helped negotiate the terms of the sale, handled the paperwork, answered my questions, and made sure my interests were represented throughout the process. He was responsive, professional, and easy to work with from beginning to closing. I really appreciated having someone knowledgeable in my corner, and I would absolutely recommend Josh to anyone buying or selling a home.

We went into home buying without knowing anything about it and had a lot of questions/uncertainties. We were connected w Ryan through Chase Agent Express and were unsure at first since we were randomly assigned, but after being able to connect w Ryan over the phone, we felt much relieved. He was clear, knowledgeable and very flexible. We looked at several place but he helped us land our first home by helping us go visit the listing within hours of the property being listed on a Saturday evening, which helped us get the upper hand and place an offer first. I do not know any other realtors so do not know if anyone else would do this, but Ryan did for us and it sure did help a lot. He provided us all the information we needed and made the whole process clear and easy. Grateful for have met and worked with Ryan!
