Realty One Group mountain Desert - Michener and Associates, LLC.

We have to give big Kudos to James Mitchner and his team for successfully marketing our home during a difficult economic time period.A Soon after the listing, we began seeing positive activity that led to selling our house within a reasonable timeframe and for an acceptable price! We valued James experience and family legacy/knowledge of the Northern Arizona, specifically Prescott area, which ultimately made our decision to go with James, the right decision! Thank you, James!

James and his whole team did a great job in assisting us with the sale of our home. They were always there to answer any questions that we had and James checked in with us throughout the whole process to give us updates and ask us if we had any questions.

We couldnt have asked for a better realtor to help us sell my moms home. He did his research, understood the market, and priced the house perfectly. We received an offer just four days after listing! Beyond getting the house sold, he was fantastic throughout the negotiation process and always made us feel like we were in good hands. Selling my moms home was an emotional and difficult experience for our family, and having someone so knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely supportive made the process a little easier. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and for the care he showed our family during a difficult time. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who knows his stuff and truly takes care of his clients.

I highly recommend James Michener and his staff! James recently sold a vacant lot for me in Prescott Valley, AZ, and the entire process was by far the quickest and most efficient real estate transaction Ive ever experienced. Everything was handled seamlessly and electronically from start to finish. Although we never met in person, we had many great, insightful phone conversations throughout the process. James and his team were professional, incredibly responsive, and completely on top of every detail. If you are looking to buy or sell property in the area, youll be in great hands with the James Michener Group!

James made the sale of my fathers house very easy. It was complicated sale on my side of the sale. He was flexible and never made us feel rushed. We had an offer within a day of it going onto market as well as getting our asking piece.
