Ben was fantastic in helping us sell our house. His marketing skills were top notch in getting our house views in a tough time to sell. He set up weekly updates for us on Fridays to keep us in the loop on how things were going full of fantastic information. As first-time sellers he was there throughout the process to help us and even come to closing. 10/10 would recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ben is an exceptional agent who truly cares about his clients! He actively listens when you tell him what you're in the market for and then impressively remembers even the smallest details :) He was quick to provide me with information when new houses came to market that he knew would be a good fit for me. He stuck with me through the entire journey and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know as a first-time homebuyer (which is a lot!). He made me feel comfortable every step of the way and was always responsive via email, phone, and texting to answer the most random questions that came up through the process. It meant the world to me to have someone on my side who I could trust to always show up on time and treat me with patience, kindness, and respect. I could go on and on with stories about how much Ben went above and beyond to help me find my home - but all you really need to know is that he is the best there is in OKC and you want him on your side!

Ben was everything we needed for selling our home. Ben and his team had amazing social media marketing methods, as well as in person marketing in our neighborhood and our open house events. He and his team had tons of knowledge of the market and showed us lots of useful information along they way for our area including average showings, sales, cost per SF, etc. so we really understood what was going on in our area the entire time. Ben provided us weekly updates via a short video, on everything including showings for that week, any and all feedback from potential buyers and their agent, as well as the game plan for the next week. This kept up very in the loop and confident. Once we had offers, they guided us through the process, making everything very smooth and easy as well and on how to reply to offers. I cannot recommend Ben enough. Very professional, knowledgable, and he got our home sold very quickly.

Had my home on the market for several months with little to no activity and zero offers even with consistent price drops. Took off the market for a week or so which prompted Ben to see my house taken off the market. I was contacted via phone by Ben with interest in selling my home, I discussed DOM, price drops, lack of activity and all the frustrations that came with these adjustments. Ben sent me a link to watch a short video about his strategies to list and sell. After a short time I decided to change realtors to use Ben. My house was shown on different platforms, 1 open house and 4 views and got an offer that was great for me. Closed on the house yesterday and could not be more grateful for Ben. He was professional, had great communication amd strategic ideas to get my house sold! On top of the business side he also was very thoughtful. I happen to have a birthday in the month that I worked with him and he graciously sent me birthday card and card for Starbucks. In our communication I mentioned what my drink of choice is at Starbucks and he wow'd me on closing day showing up with my Starbucks favorite! (And a lovely bottle of Champagne) It took Ben less than 2 weeks to get my house sold and after having it listed almost a year I was beyond happy! I would 100% recommend him for any real estate needs!
