Realty World - First Coast Realty

Kurt spent a good deal of time showing us a wide variety of properties in Morehead City and Beaufort. Texting responses were the way to go with him, not so much email. But he is and loves to negotiate, so good to have on your side. The whole process from offer to closing went very quickly.

Kurt is a wonderful realtor, we recently purchased our first home and he made the process less stressful. Of course being first time home buyers we were nervous and had lots of questions. Kurt would throughly explain everything to us and made things less stressful. He would answer our questions at any time or day no matter what. If you are looking for your dream home, or selling your current home i would highly recommend using Kurt. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and will help you every step of the way.

Kurt Rogerson is truly an exceptional realtor, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Kurt worked with incredible effort, speed, and precision, always going above and beyond and making himself available whenever we needed him. Thanks to Kurt, my family and I were able to secure our dream home on the very street I grew up on. This experience has been incredibly meaningful for us, as it has reunited us with family. My parents and grandmother live just steps away, and we are now only one street over from my workplace. Being able to have four generations of our family together on the same street is a gift that has already made a huge difference in our daily lives. Kurts professionalism, expertise, and dedication turned what could have been a stressful process into a seamless and rewarding journey. He genuinely cares about his clients and works tirelessly to help them achieve their goals. If you are looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile to help make your dreams a reality, Kurt Rogerson is the one. I am forever grateful for everything he has done for my family.
