I contacted this agent multiple times to set up a tour and they sent me one email which I replied within a hour and they completely ignored every other email sent to them.

My experience with Aleksandrina was extremely smooth and working with her was an absolute pleasure. It had been quite troublesome to connect with agents while being overseas, but she made the process less intimidating. She was promptly available for every correspondence despite the time zone difference and offered help beyond her JD during my move. Looking forward to working with her again!
