Realty Pros Pell City

Nicole and Wes were so helpful in our efforts to purchase our retirement home on the lake! They immediately set up a walk through when we called them even though it was a holiday weekend. They worked quickly and helped us negotiate a very acceptable deal with the sellers and made everything very easy for us even though we are out of state buyers. Even after the closing they have been there for us to help us figure out some of the little details about a new house that one finds out after purchasing. We simply could not have picked a better team to work with or asked for anything more from them. They very quickly made us feel like old friends.

I recently just purchased a home with Nicole as my realtor and when I tell you she was the absolute BEST I mean it. I never expected to have such a great, smooth experience and was completely stunned by how smooth and great the whole process went thanks to Nicole. She advocated for me and made sure that I made the best decisions and looked out for me throughout the whole process. I had the pleasure of meeting her husband that was present on the occasions of showing the house and closing and they both were absolutely precious and so sweet & helpful throughout the whole process. Nicole also made great recommendations for lenders and home inspectors, both in which I used. I HIGHLY recommend using Nicole as your realtor!!!

Nicole did a terrific job with quick responding, assisting and following ups even after closing. I recommend Nicole to future home buyers, missing you & thank you!

My husband and I loved working with Nicole and Wes! We were first time home buyers, so we had no clue about the process going in. We looked at several houses and Nicole and Wes were very helpful with any questions we had and always responded quickly. They are the best! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.
