I had been shopping for a property in the Albuquerque area for almost two years. My experience with local agents was not good; they either did not answer my phone calls or emails, or they failed to act in good faith on my behalf. I started to believe there were not professional agents in the area. So I asked AI, who is a good buyer's agent? And somehow, I got a text from Phil. Just one, not pushy and not blowing up my phone. I researched him and it was later that day, I responded to his text and spoke with him, explaining my story. I had a property in another state I was listing for sale and I had a SPECIFIC property I wanted in Bernalillo County. From that first call, Phil was professional, quick to answer questions and provided rides to me, when I was stranded! An all around good guy, he made the deal work. I am so happy to have randomly found Phil.
