Deborah is an outstanding agent. Very ethical and I salute her for her integrity. I met her at open house and had questions. She answered every question patiently. she asked me if I had agent and I did however I was so impressed by her I wanted to hire her as my agent but she politely declined telling me this is outside her ethics as I already have an agent. Even after that you continue to help me and guide me with my buying proces. I am definitely hiring her when I'm selling.

Deborah Hall was great I met Deborah shortly after dismissing the realtor I was working with, she came in and began helping us from day 1. She had people come in and rehabilitate the property and bring it up to it full potential. She was able to get more than the listing price of the home. It was my mothers home and she passed and Deborah realized how personal the situation was. We had multiple offers on the house the second day it went on the market. I was very happy to have met her. Its a semi nightmare experience to work with debrah. I listed my personal home withnher. she was very responsive until the very minute i signed the listing agreement with her. she immediately started to ghost me upon the agreement. She agreed in writing to do 3d tours and then gave me a blurry listing video as 3d. not a single promise was kept to the normal extent and cut corners all perspectives. She threatened to cancel my listing agreement because her recommended painter didnt do their job. I agreed to cancel then she started to aEURoei dont want to cancel aEURoe blah blah blah. had to go to her broker to have an amicable cancellation agreement done. stay away
