Our experience with Josiah was very awesome he wok us find house and when we send him houses that we found. He got them booked to see as promptly as he could. If he didnt know the answer he got the answer in a quick manner. I definitely would recommend him to any one.

Josiah provided wonderful service from our first conversation to the closing table. We loved that he was always responsive and provided a very laid back home buying experience. We were shopping in a large radius and hours from our original location, yet he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
