I Carolyn Vazquez is a top notch realtor. I have used her on 3 separate occasions. To sell 2 houses and to buy 1 house. Now to tell the truth any realtor can buy or sell a house, hell its their job. So whats so different about Carolyn from the other millions of realtors out there? What you really want is a knowledgeable realtor that got your back when things go wrong. Let me tell you what happened. I sold a house, that unknown to me was classified as an Historical House, which means that you cant change the look of the house only repair. So what happened after the house sold? The Flippers that bought the house went and remodeled it. Thats what Flippers do. Well they got caught when they tried to sell this newly remodeled house. They found out it was a Historical House and remodeling it was a big no no. Now they are pissed cuz they had to undo what they did. So now they want to sue me for not putting that in the disclosures. Remember I didnt know it was a Historical House. Talk to Carolyn about this..... Her response was Pfft I got you. She produced the paperwork that they signed in the disclosures that the house was Historical. Case closed. That would have been horrible if I had a different realtor that wasnt as thorough. Remember I didnt know about the house. I can really see another realtor saying to me....Not my fault, you never told me!. Im sure you can see that too. So if you want the best go with Carolyn and sleep easy knowing she got your back.

Caroline was truly exceptional I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Caroline. Since I was set on buying in it and I?m so thankful I did. Caroline was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn?t pick up, she always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously the best experience I had with the realtor.
