My wife and I had been looking to purchase a home in Johstown for over a year. One of the biggest hurdles that we faced in the process was trying to find the right agent to help us make that dream a reality. We literally spoke with a dozen agents, and it never seemed right. Luckily (and completely by chance), we came into contact with Mike Zamias. We knew right from the start that Mike would be the guy that would help us get into our new home. Mike helped us narrow our search and find the houses that were most suited for our family and budget. Unlike a lot of agents that I have met, Mike was never pushy and never tried to push us to increase our budget. There were even times when Mike told us that a home was overpriced. He is truly a buyers agent and will make sure that you find the right house for the right price.After Mike helped my wife and I find the perfect house and make an offer that we were comfortable with he never stopped working for us. This was our first home purchase and we were admittedly a little intimidated by the whole process. We were lucky to have Mike with us throughout the process. He gave recommendations and helped us get in contact with insurance providers, inspection agencies, closing services and everything else we needed. By the time the final documents were signed, buying a new home turned out to be one of the easiest purchases I have ever made.If you are looking for a great real estate agent who will help you find the right house for you then Mike Zamias is your guy. Thanks to him, my family was able to celebrate our first Christmas in our new home 2 weeks after closing. It's hard to put a value on something like that, but I have no doubt that if I had not had such a wonderful agent helping me through the process, I would still be writing checks every month to a landlord.
