When I met Stephanie for the first time I was amazed at how down to earth and easy it was to communicate with her. We were definitely not expecting to build a relationship that's been over 2 years past the time of her finding our home, but she is a person that genuinely cares about her clients and the love for her job goes far beyond the job description! Stephanie Aragon made this dream come true for me and my family. In the past, I have thought of purchasing a home and have even talked to other real estate agents and none of them seemed really interested in helping me or wanting to help me get into a home. Stephaine wants to make sure that you are getting the best home and the quality of your money. I spent HOURS on the phone with Stephanie. She never pressured me once into anything that I didn't want to do or that I didn't think was a good idea. She supported me and she looked out for what I wanted. I never have experienced any other real estate agent that was so committed to her job and to make sure that her client got exactly what they were looking for in a home. She was able to get me and my family into our first home and what we were looking exactly for. Whenever I hear anyone I know talk about thinking of buying a house I get excited because I know that I can introduce them to a wonderful real estate agent that goes above and beyond for them. I referred; my brother, my best friend, & my cousin. I would recommend anyone and everyone that I know if they are thinking about buying/selling their house, use Stephanie. I highly recommend Stephanie Aragon as a realtor. I moved back to Utah in 2018 and was working downtown and living near my family in Tooele. The commute was complete torture. No lie, it was 3 hours on some days: 1 hour to work and 2 hours home. I decided to move to the Salt Lake Valley quick to escape the commute but I was unsure of the best areas and further wary of certain homes. I found a small home in Sugarhouse and Stephanie helped me to get it talked down at least $20k off the asking price. I'm attorney and think of myself as comfortable with complicated transactions but buying a home just has too many moving pieces and it moves too fast. You need a realtor that knows the area, knows their business, knows financing, and knows how to negotiate. Stephanie was objectively knowledgeable and acted as my agent for my best interests. I recommended her to a friend and she got her into a great place in Daybreak. Definitely do your research on whoever you choose but I recommend Stephanie.
