Excellent! From the initial meeting through closing, Pauline Vail exhibited excellent knowledge of the real estate practice. She explained the process and what we could expect from her as our agent. In addition she discussed the responsibilities of sellers such as providing disclosures, etc . She maintained prompt and open communications with the sellers. Before taking actions on behalf of the sellers, she confirmed each seller approved the action. Because of her knowledge, skill and commitment she successfully negotiated the sale of the property. The sale price exceeded what we anticipated prior to retaining Pauline as our agent. During the process she provided sales comparisons and the use of this information.
