Realty One Group

Eric is outstanding to work with. From start to finish he will be by your side to help you with this process. Very knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with him in this home buying process.

I was in a huge bind, and Eric worked us through it from start to end. It was a grueling 8 months process but he didnt complain at all and just contacted the next person in line. Really professional and will go way beyond.

Eric was dedicated, outstanding and very honest throughout my home buying process. He pointed out pros & cons of each property so I knew what I was potentially buying. I appreciated his directness and his expertise. Eric always made room in his schedule to show me properties I found the same day and would show me the same properties multiple times if I wanted to tour them again. I'm happy I had the opportunity to have Eric as my realtor. Thank you!

Eric Williamson was absolutely fantastic. He guided me every step of the way through the buying process and was relentless in the search for the perfect property for me. Eric was proactive, highly responsive, and exceptionally professional. I could not be more satisfied. I will absolutely refer them to all our friends and family.
