Troy went above and beyond helping us buy our house in Cottonwood. From knowing details about the local market, details of the property itself to dealing with ridiculous appraisers Troy was a pleasure to deal with. Always made himself available for our many questions, which was a huge help. Ill miss our many Tesla conversations, as we tried to distracted ourselves while awaiting appraisals. Cant recommend him enough.

We've met lots of agents over the years and Shandra is hands down the best agent we have ever met and one of the nicest and most considerate person. She is truly an agent who thinks for her client. She's knowledgeable and has been in the north arizona area for decades. I would not hesitate to recommend her to all my friends and whoever else is looking in this area!

Troy is very knowledgeable of the Flagstaff area, not to mention just an all around good guy to work with.
