REALTY ONE GROUP MOUNTAIN DESERT

Therese and I just completed our first land purchase in Bullhead City. She was very punctual with her response via text, calls, and e-mails. Her due diligence on the property and its seller was also very valuable to me because I am new to the AZ market and this purchase was my first time doing business with a real estate wholesaler. My purchase, and Therese's commission of this property was relatively small, but her energy and attitude still exceeded that of other realtors that I have met executing million dollar purchases.

Very engaging.Walked us through the whole process and we never felt pressured. I would highly recommend her services.

Amazingly Awesome Realtor!!!! Lucy goes above and beyond for her clients!!! First meeting was on a non work day and and she was nice enough to accommodate us and show us properties. She not only helped us in finding out certain guidelines for the property we wanted to purchase but also went to the City offices with our site plan to double check items as we are from out of state. She answers every phone call, text, email with such professionalism and promptness and we can't be more grateful for having her as our realtor!!! Thank You soo very much Lucy! Therese was fantastic, a true expert! She had a lot of knowledge on the area and her communication was top notch. The entire process was very smooth and easy. Was blue to get the deal done in less than 2 weeks!
