Mindy fell into our presence like a gift. For 2 months prior we had numerous realtors use every excuse not to show us a house. From may 4th till end of June we were shown 2 houses. It was horrible we were given excuses from had to leave my dog in the car to my iPhone crashed and I didnt have your information. (this was over memorial day weekend). The following week she had an 80 mile bike ride. Our mortgage was running out, when we had Mindy show us our first house. Within a month she showed us many and we found our dream house and are closing in October. Mindy was avaliable at the drop of a hat for us my husband has one day home and its Saturday, early Sunday being he leaves in the afternoon. Thank you Mindy for all you have done. So dissatisfied! Did not know the area. Lowballed me on the value of my home. One week after I took the time to show her my home she sent one. ONE LISTING that was not what I was looking for. She wasted my time.

Lee Ann is a wonderful real estate agent. If you had questions she was very responsive and knowledgeable. She helped me sell my house and buy a new on in less than 6 months. I would reccomend working with her for your next purchase/sale. I know I will!

Mindy was awesome throughout the whole process helping us buy our first home. It was a long process, looked at quite a few homes till we found the one we loved. She knew what we wanted and helped negotiating everything for us. We?re beyond appreciative of everything she did!
