Robyn was an absolute wonderful realtor to work with. From the minute I spoke with her on the phone she was professional, but really took the time to understand what we were looking for. She immediately made us feel at ease, and that she was someone we could trust in working through all the legal and negotiation processes. She is very knowledgeable about the area, especially being a native, with relatives scattered throughout, so we were able to know what we were getting into when we purchased our property. Highly recommend her as a realtor you can trust!

Robyn is excellent! She is very professional and knowledgeable of the market. As we toured various houses, she would point out negatives as well as the positives of each. She would explain which issues were minor vs. those that might be expensive to fix. One evening we received a call about a house in the area we wanted to be in. We called her at 9 pm that evening, and she got the first showing the next morning. Later during the home inspection a couple of items were found to not be as advertised. Robyn negotiated concessions that saved us a lot of money. My wife and I were very impressed with the services Robyn provided and we recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

We had been trying to sell our property for 2 years with no luck. When we contacted her she got right on it. She had it sold within a month of listing. I would recommend her to anyone. She is so professional and caring.

Robyn is amazing! We needed a home before our rental lease had run out and had been scouring Hickory for several weeks, even offering more than the asking price. Although we were getting a bit weary Robyn was undaunted. We found a place finally that was perfect and offered about $5K over. We were turned down because our bank had a reputation of dragging out the closing. Robyn found us a new lender and made sure a few small items were repaired at the seller's expense and BOOM, we had a house. It's such a relief to have someone with such knowledge and contacts to make things happen. I recommend her without reservation!

Robyn St.Clair is just amazing , very knowledgeable, she really cares about what you want ,when shopping for real estate . Mike and I have been looking for a while with Robyn , we had almost given up on ever buying a piece of property in the mountains. Robyn wouldnt let us give up and now we are proud owners of a piece of property which we cannt wait to build on. Robyn is definitely a class act.
