Stacey helped sell my mothers house. From start to finish it took about a month with the first 2 weeks being simple changes that Stacey suggested and the last two weeks doing some repairs to the house that the buyer wanted done. All together the house sold at listing price the first weekend it was available for viewing. Just an easy and great experience.

I sold my old house and bought my current home with Stacy, she was very responsive to my needs. She took the time to get to know me and get a feel for what I was truly looking for. She then made a list of everything I was looking for ( must haves and extras )and found multiple locations to visit in a very timely manner. She was not afraid to show me listings of properties she thought I might like even though they did not meet my full checklist since she knew I was up against a tight time line. With that being said we visited several homes in a day more than a few times and she was always smiling saying there are plenty more out there. She was also very familiar with all of the neighborhoods in and around Bucks co, Mont co and Philly. All I had to do was say the name of it and she would start rattling off info. Stacy is also a very good business person who made dealing with mortgage companies and other agents a breeze. This was the first time I bought a house on my own and she took all of the stress out of it. I tell anyone I meet if they are buying or selling a house you have to use Stacy.
