Worked with Judy and Richard Trottnow to find and close on the perfect house in the keys. I was living in Wisconsin with limited time to spend in Florida house shopping. After several attempts to get through to unresponsive listing agents on properties of interest I started working with Rich and Judy who were able to get in and check out the properties in person (including one that required 3 hour drive on their part) as well as pointing out other properties meeting our criteria. Then upon our arrival in Florida they took us on a multi day house showing tour that narrowed the field down to the one house we ended up making an offer on and buying.
