Realty One Group Empire

Sandra did an excellent job! Always punctual, very knowledgeable. She had answers to all my questions. She kept me updated with everything and carried me along every step of the way. I am grateful to God for bringing her my way.

Sandra did a great job of helping me find my new home. As a recurring buyer it was very hard for me to choose a home that I wanted. I was looking at older homes that were remodeled for a more modern look. In the end I was able to purchase a new construction home with a huge backyard under our budget and at a great interest rate!! Thank you Sandra from the Arce Family!

Sandra went above & beyond to make the sell of my home possible. Shes very knowledgeable, kept me up to date at every step. Ran into a couple of hurdles dealing with my buyers potential buyers of her property, & Sandra had to deal with another realtor that wasnt as knowledgeable & advising her clients to back out. Long story short Sandra dealt with that realtor, the City, & made the deal cow together that was very close to falling apart. I absolutely recommend her for your real estate needs you wont be disappointed.

When I tell you that Sandra is the best, I MEAN JUST THAT! From our first meeting I knew that I wanted her to be my Real Estate Agent! She is on top of everything! She treats you like family. From updates, to negotiations, to closing and she even offers concierge services to help you get started on your new journey! She worked in overdrive to get things done for me and I am forever grateful.

I couldn't be happier with my real estate agent Sandra, who help us buy our house. Throughout our home buying process, Sandra was incredible communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every detail and updates. Sandra also went beyond professionalism, creating a comfortable atmosphere for us and great relationship. I HIGHLY recommend Sandra for anyone seeking a dedicated, professional and effective real estate agent. We cannot thank you enough Sandra. God bless you!
