Realty One Group Empire

What a wonderful person. This was the best experience while buying my first house. She was available for me when ever I needed her. I'm a single mother who worked nights, so i really didn't have the time to search. She worked around my schedule to help me find the right house for my family. I recommend her to anyone whose interested in finding a house.

She will work hard to get you into your dream home. Very Honest and will not lie to sell you a home. Femarie really cares about the people and not the sale.

Great experience. I would highly recommend for seasoned and first time home buyers. FeMarie was always available to answer any questions that came to mind. It made the entire experience less anxious.

On February 2022 I decided to find a new agent after my first agent failed on me. I wanted someone that understood where I was coming from and not only listen to my needs and wants on my dream home but someone that walked me step by step to accomplish my goal(finding a home for my parents). Femarie not only gave me her full attention but she also made me feel as we were friends for years! My excitement and my accomplishment became hers. Being a first time home buyer you are new to everything. Fe had the patience to explaining step by step the process & she helped me to fully understand what was going on along the way. After we got an offer approved and we opened escrow, she updated me on everything going on and prepared me for any turnaround. I can honestly say that the best choice I ever did is to trust her with my first home purchase. Hands down Femarie is the best agent!!

FeMarie is fantastic. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, and she always responds very fast to any questions. She took the scary out of my first time home buying experience . I would highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.
