Despite her relative lack of experience as compared to the (3) other agents I interviewed, I have absolutely no regrets about selecting Bobbi Jo as my agent. I felt very comfortable working with her throughout the entire process, and she did an outstanding job on multiple fronts. She provided the most realistic CMA of the (4) estimates I received from the various agents, and her communication skills were top-notch. She kept me informed at all times using email, text messages, and phone calls. When I made the decision to proceed with her and the company she represented, she moved quickly to schedule a photographer, post the listing, get all the necessary paperwork completed and signed electronically, and schedule an open house for that weekend - she did all this in less than 2 days - wow! Once the house hit the market, she kept me informed, including about a couple of plumbing issues that unexpectedly popped up - we were able to address these before the open house. If she didnt have an answer to a question, she reached out to her team for the answer and got back to me. She worked closely with the buyers agent, and she provided me with recommendations during the offer & counteroffer stage. When things got tense or hectic, she remained calm and proactively resolved any potential issues behind the scenes. If I didnt know better, Id have thought that I was working with someone who had many years of experience in the field. She was a true professional - I wholeheartedly recommend Bobby Jo.
