Fantastic Agent. Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always punctual, prepared and professional. As a FTHB we had so many questions and no idea what we were doing. Kim helped eased all the anxiety by explaining things and being patient with us making sure we understood. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had and was diligent in following up with offers. We had a lot of fun looking at homes and she never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision but was available to help us make the best choices based on our budget and our needs, wants and things to avoid.
