Realty ONE Group

Claudia was the front line when we purchased a home in AZ, but were stuck up here in Canada. She looked after our closing and our painting contractor, so we knew things would be done by the time we were able to make it down there. When we were ready to sell (9 years later) there was no other person or company we thought of that would represent us and our home as well as Claudia would - it was a ?No Brainer?. Our house was listed on a Monday, there was a showing on Tuesday ( the very next day), these clients made an offer and wham - our house was SOLD! So sorry, we never got the chance to meet Darin- but if you (Claudia) only taught him half of your knowledge, he is set for life. Great job - Well done!

It was great working with Claudia. She is personable, professional and very knowledgeable about her craft and the area in which we bought our house. She could add personal stories and resources to even make our move in run much smoothly. Being from out of state with the end process, Claudia communicated with us next steps and kept us in the loop. We appreciated her going out of her way to talk/meet with the inspector. There wasnt one part of the process that we felt were not informed. Many thanks to Claudia!

Claudia was the best!! I moved 1000 miles and was able to count on Claudia for everything new home related. She did the walk through, inspections and sent me pictures of my new homes completion. Claudia worked with the on site realtor and the superintendent to make sure my home was ready and perfect for my arrival. Claudia also took me to look at homes last minute while I was in town. She was wonderful working with me to help me decide the right home for us.

Claudia Wilson made this experience almost effortless for us. We discovered she takes her clients needs very serious. She was on top of every single detail and an absolute delight to work with from initial preliminary conversations, right through to close. I would absolutely and have already recommend Claudia and her team. She will do a very personal/professional job for you. She told us early on that her clients become friends and she was 100% right!
