Realty One Carolina LLC

Carolyn was absolutely amazing! As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of hand-holding, and she was able to explain every stage of the complex process to us in a kind, non-condescending way that made us comfortable with the biggest decision of our lives. She's got the patience of a saint, was incredibly responsive, and went to bat for us on so many occasions. We love our new home and are immensely grateful for her help putting us here -- you can't go wrong with Miss Carolyn!!

Carolyn was great!!! She gave me all the resources to help me choose the right location. She definitely fights for her clients; which I loved about her she made sure that the house was up to par. She made sure that I understood everything before I signed the papers l. Even gave me advise on what to look out for in the future even with my personal life. She was great and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Great experience working with Carolyn. She was very patient, honest and accommodating to my schedule and dealing with family members as I was coming from out of town. After several months, we finally closed on a property. Thank you so much for everything and would work with her again!

Carolyns expertise, professionalism , affable personality and unwavering commitment to excellence made working with her a joy. Her solid negotiating skills and ability to be flexible in her accessibility along with her patience and humor in tense moments was like watching the most engaging artist at work in her practice as a realtor. If you have the need and the opportunity to work with her, do it!!! It will be the best decision you ever made in your house selling - or buying- experience. My only sadness in our house selling is that we dont get to engage with her anymoreaEUR|. HmmmaEUR|. ?? Maybe its time to buy or sell another one? ?? Grin.
