Eddie is a fantastic real estate broker. I have known him for several years and I used him to both buy(2008) and sell(2015) my condo. He is very upfront and honest to work with and keeps clients interests at the forefront. He was able to negotiate good sale price for my condo by making the other party raise the offer multiple times and our final sale price was about 14% more than the initial offer. Of course, it helped that Eddie was aware of the local market well and he used that knowledge to expertly close the sale at a desired price. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
