We used McKee Real Estate Group to sell my mother's house. Ryan's professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm was evident throughout the process. Team member, Laura, worked with us on a day-day basis. She was always there, with updates and help throughout. Amy, the office manager, also was there to make sure the deadlines were met and answer any questions I had. When you hire Ryan you not only get the benefits of his team, but also all of his connections: loan consultants, escrow company, numerous service individuals (electrician, photographer, painter, plumber, estate sales, etc) who he personally knows, recommends and uses. The end result: after 5 days on the market, we received multiple offers, accepted the offer that was $5000 over list, and closed within 21 days. Accordingly, I can, without any hesitation, recommend Ryan and his team to anyone who is looking for a great team and experience in selling a house.

McKee Real Estate Group was a fantastic one-stop-shop. I got a last-minute job offer, which took my wife and me out of 33 years of living in Southern California to Northern California. I did know whether we should rent our current home or sell it. When I called Ryan, without any pressure, either way, he recommended a rental management company for us to consult. He even connected us with a financial planner to help us with ways to hold the money from the house selling if we wanted to buy at a later time. Once we decided that renting was not the route we wanted to go, he was setting up the marketing and days for pictures. He gave us his price sheet and costs breakdown right out the gate. Honesty and transparency are McKees selling points. We moved up North and got a rental. Ryan quickly got our home on the real estate market and connected us with a fantastic loan provider and a real estate agent in the new area. All these groups had done business together in the past, so it made the whole process of moving out, selling, buying, and escrow very easy. Ryan was able to get every penny we could get out of our old house in Southern California. There was no money left on the table. The escrow process with his assistant Amy also made everything easy. All documents were able to be signed online. There was even an incidence that needed notarization; Amy coordinated that long-distance where we currently live. Amy was always communicating on the phone or sending us text messages anytime there was an update or a document that needed a signature. The whole process went amazingly smoothly. Our old home sold, and we got locked in on an amazing interest rate. Our new home is currently in escrow, 5 minutes from the beach, in beautiful Marina, CA. My faith in Real Estate agents has been somewhat restored, because of Ryan's exceptional skills in Real Estate. I have worked with many agents in the past, and I truly felt in my heart they did not do anything to earn the commission they were being paid. I expressed my concerns to Ryan and listened. Here are a few of the typical problems I have had with agents in the past: not responsive or would not return phone calls in a timely manner, they did not have knowledge of the local area, they attempted to convince me my house would not sell at the price it sold for in this market, and the one I heard the most was you should wait until first quarter, fourth quarter is the slowest. Ryans can do attitude made me feel like he was working for me and on my side, when I told him what we wanted to ask for our home, he said "Let's go for it". Other agents told me they would not list at our price. Anytime we called or texted Ryan he was quick to respond which we appreciated. My wife always says a good agent is worth his weight in gold, in my humble opinion Ryan is a golden agent...
