Pedro is very knowledgeable, he analyzes and understands the housing market. He would always respond quickly whenever we had to contact him with any questions or concerns. He showed us lots of options. With us being first time home buyers we definitely needed his guidance. We definitely recommend him as an agent and will go back to him for anything else in the future.

I definitely recommend Pedro to help you find a home. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and patient. He pays attention to details. He helped us find a home with everything that we describe to him of what we wanted.

Pedro Molina went above and beyond and really exceeded our expectation. His professionalism and high knowledge of the real estate industry made our home buying experience phenomenal. His open communication and follow up was exemplary. From the 1st day of working with Pedro, he treated us like family. He developed a home purchasing plan for us and he stuck to it. His hard work, dedication, and perseverance made it easy for us to achieve our goal of home ownership. He was very transparent with his communication and very open to answering all the questions that we had. He worked tirelessly to help my family and I purchase the home of our dreams. His strong knowledge of the local real estate market was critical in getting our offer accepted and we were able to open and close escrow in an AMAZING 21 days! I strongly recommend Pedro Molina for all of your real estate needs. I promise you, he will deliver more than you expect and forever change your lives, like he did ours!

When you ask Pedro for simple cultural information about areas hes worked in, he doesnt have much to say or offer. We were excited to have Pedro send us all of the information he promised he would but he never did which made us lose the house we were destined to have. He doesnt respond to texts or calls for days. Work with this guy and he may help you lose your perfect home too.
