REALTY MARK PLATINUM

It was an absolute pleasure working with Anna (Alpa) even with the long distance factor and only 3 days' notice to schedule showings. From initial contact all the way to signing, she was personable, helpful, and very much on top of things. My family and I recommend Anna for your house hunting (and selling) needs in Central Jersey.

Alpa helped us buy a home in Piscataway, NJ. The experience was seamless, and we got the price we were hoping for, and they were able to negotiate seller credits as well. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase.

Mr. Yogi and Anna made our first home-buying experience amazing. They were attentive, honest, and always available to answer questions. They guided us with care and expertise, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. We couldnt have asked for a better partner in this process. Theyre not just great realtors, theyre great people.

A few days ago, I officially purchased my first home in Manville, NJ aEUR" a two-family home! This is such a special and meaningful milestone for me and my family. Buying a home has been a dream of ours, and seeing it finally become a reality feels incredibly exciting and emotional. Although the process, can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming, I'm so grateful that we had the right people by our side throughout the entire journey. A huge thank you!!! to Yogui and Anna for guiding us every step of the way with professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine care. They were always available to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and help us feel supported whenever we faced challenges or had concerns. Their dedication, kindness, and commitment made such a big difference during this important process. We truly appreciate all the time and effort they put into helping us find the perfect home and making this experience as smooth as possible. Thank you both so much!!!!! for helping make this dream come true for our family! We are incredibly grateful and will always remember the important role you played in helping us purchase our first home.

Do NOT work with this agent. My family had an extremely disappointing experience with Yogi. We felt that he did not properly help or represent our family throughout the process, and his communication and professionalism were very poor. We ultimately had to lower the property price by $60,000, which was extremely frustrating. What made the situation even more concerning was that his own cousin ended up purchasing the property. Based on everything that happened, we felt there was a serious conflict of interest and that our familys best interests were not being prioritized. I strongly recommend doing your own research and asking plenty of questions before trusting this agent with your property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend him.
