Valarie is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of questions to ask regarding condition of home that a buyer especially first time may not know to ask.

Valarie is the consumate professional but with a "personal" touch. You will never feel like just a client. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have the answer right away, she will find the answer for you! She is patient and takes the time to make sure that you understand exactly what you are signing. She made us feel as if we were the only clients she had. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I have had the pleasure of working with Valarie on the purchase and/or sale of multiple properties. Most recently she assisted with the purchase and subsequent contract for deed sale of a townhome. She was very helpful throughout the process and provided great guidance when I needed it.
