Lonnie is the perfect guy when you need results! In 2016 two of my sons and I flew to Ormond Beach to look at houses for the weekend. The realtor that we had lined up showed up to our 1st appointment late and said she wouldnt be available to show anything else while we were in town. We looked up the top realtors in the area and came across Lonnie. It was Saturday around 10:00 a.m. Within 2 hours was he taking us around town showing us several properties that met our criteria. He helped us negotiate a fair price and secure a contract on a house while making sure everything was taken care of locally since we were still in Indiana. As a buyer coming to a new area you couldnt ask for better guidance! 2017 comes around and we need to move back to Indiana. I am normally a big sell by owner kind of person but in talking with Lonnie I felt it was the right move to list with him. He advised me on the pricing and things necessary to get the house sold and 45 days later I am sitting in my new house in Indiana. I absolutely couldnt be happier! If my wife and I ever decide to move back to Ormond Beach again Lonnie will be our guy! Thanks again Lonnie for helping us out! The right realtor makes all the difference!

Lonnie was the first to respond on a house my fiance and I was interested at looking at. He seemed friendly at first and willing to help us out. He brought other listing with him when we met to look at the house, which was nice. But the three houses we saw weren't what we were looking for so we then agreed to meet at a house we liked on zillow the next following evening. He calls me the the next day right before we were going to meet up to let me know that we missed our opportunity as someone already put an offer in on the house. Disappointed I was, he texts me that if we like a house we need to stop what we are doing to go look at it as the market is hot right now. So i wrote him about 7 different addresses we were interested in looking at, he ignored all my messages, for days after I asked to look at little bit cheaper homes then what he was trying to show us. So we found a different realtor that was more then this guy who found us a home the very next day, his loss.
