I used Debbie to help me sell my dads house less than 100 days. Debbie and her team did an excellent job in creating a marketing plan that included weekly open houses and they helped pre-qualify potential buyers. Her team communicated to me weekly on results of each open house and details on interested parties, they also, also provided timely and helpful feedback on a couple of minor things that were impacting buyer impressions (mainly backyard landscaping) and we were able to address the concern to help us with future showings. Debbie met all my requirements and exceeded in some areas. We reduced the price one time and I'm a believer you must get buyers attention. She would not let me reduce the price to my liking and three days later it was sold at the listing price . Debbie saved me money. I was not available for closing and she took care of that..
