Scott went above and beyond to make our long distance transaction go smoothly. This included many trips to the house to allow contractors entry for quotes and to meet utility representatives after the sale had closed. Scott and Kimberly were very prompt with communications and always provided enough details to enable our group to make a decision on the issue at hand. As we couldnt be present for closing, Scott was kind enough to complete our final walk through and addressed several deficiencies; he ensured these were dealt with to our satisfaction at the sellers expense. He was able to provide guidance on a great rental management company for us to use and pass along knowledge relating to the rental market. I would recommend Scott and Kimberly to anyone interested in buying in the Phoenix area!
