Realty Executives

Ben took the time to determine what I was looking for and then used his skills and resources to present and show many properties to me, explaining the advantages and drawbacks to each. He never complained about taking me back to properties several times until I chose a property, He then walked me through the whole process of purchasing the property, assisting me at every step, and looking after the details at every stage. Bens knowledge of the retail market is invaluable, his integrity is unquestionable, his patience is remarkable and his advice is always given honestly and with the clients best interest foremost. I would recommend Ben Koerner to anyone seeking to buy a property in the area, and thank him for the flawless assistance he and his team afforded me.

Ben Koerner was excellent to work with. I was very impressed with how easy he made the process of selling the house, even though I was over 1500 miles away. I would definitely recommend Ben Koerner as a realtor. I found him to be very well informed and trustworthy.

We have found Ben and Julie Koerner to be very professional, knowledgeable and reputable people to work with. Julie helped us immeasurably when we bought our current home in 2014. They will be listing the home for sale in 2018. We would highly recommend them to any prospective buyer or seller. John & Mary, Queen Creek, AZ

Very knowledgeable about the market! Communication was great made the home buying process seamless! I Have already recommended to Family and friends!!!!!

Ben sold our home in Gilbert and did a terrific job marketing it and negotiating the sale. He also helped us purchase another home and was very helpful and patient in finding a home that met our very particular requirements. On two occasions he listed our rental property and found and screened great long term renters. He is very thorough, patient and responsive and does a great job marketing.
