Realty Executives South Louisiana

We have used Nicole both to buy a house and then to sell that same house a few years later. Both times our situation was complicated, we were moving to the area from out of town when buying and then when we were selling we had already moved across the country. When we were buying she gave us feedback on commuting, traffic, schools, answered every question and had a full line up of professionals that she worked with when we asked for recommendations. We closed quickly and seamlessly. When selling, she literally went above and beyond! We were across the country and truly needed more help and guidance from her than she should have given us. Again she had professionals that she recommended that we could trust and had the house ready to be listed and sold in record time, during a pandemic nonetheless. I can not recommend her enough, she is the right balance of professional, yet kind and personable. You can be confident that you are in good hands if she's your realtor.

Nicole is the best Realtor ever !!! She is incredibly smart, always on time, and very professional throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer all of our questions and made everything so much easier to understand. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really gave usconfidence every step of the way. On top of being an excellent realtor, shes genuinely a kind and caring person who truly wants the best for her clients. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart. If youre looking for someone who is reliable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her!

Nicole is amazing! She is an exceptional agent with a true passion to assist her clients in any way she can. She is very knowledgeable both as a buyers agent and sellers agent. She helped us find our home when we relocated more than 2000 miles away and she helped us sell it when we had to relocate again. We were blessed to have such a wonderful and committed agent. We would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling.

I bought my house as a short sale. I had no clue what that meant. Nicole spent months and months working on the deal. Even after we closed she still stays in touch and talks out all of my questions and concerns with me. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very knowledgable of the area along with the ins and outs of real estate.

Nicole was wonderful to work with. She listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect house! She also sold our house in less than a week. She has a great work ethic and we recommend to her to everyone we know whos looking for a great realtor.
