Kevin and Karen are the best! We sold our first home and bought our second with them. Karen sold our house in 1 day at full list price. She and Kevin guided us and advocated for us throughout the sale process. I never doubted that they had our best interest at heart. They even stepped up to solve the problem when our water heater burst the day before closing. The buying process took much longer, but they were always incredibly patient and responsive with us. They must have shown us 100 houses. Never pushing us to settle on the things that mattered to us. Eventually, we found our dream home!!Plus, Kevin is a licensed electrician. He was able to consult with us during home inspection, and complete the work after the purchase went through. It was easy for us and he's incredibly trustworthy.

I had Karen as my Realtor and she was a dream! She was there WHENEVER we needed her. Looking for houses was a year long processes and she was there every step of the way. She was honest and caring. She also stepped up when the sellers realtor didn't show up or wasn't doing her job. Karen gave it her all to help get everything done and she always did it with a smile. She made us feel like we were family and still stayed professional all at the same time. I could go on and on. I wouldn't use anyone else and I would recommend her to everyone!!
