Realty Executives

Lee was recommended to us by several long-time members of the community saying he was the best in the area if not the greater Phoenix area. If you are looking for an agent that will give you an honest appraisal of your home, the market, and of your expectations, you found your guy. Always responsive and always to the point. Highest recommendation!

We chose Lee Mendelzon to sell our investment condo at Optima Camelview because of his outstanding reputation in our townhouse community. His expertise and professionalism are incomparable. He is known for getting top price for all types of units. Lee was available day and night to answer all questions as well as for reminders. No question was too mundane, and he always knew the answer. His knowledge is vast, and he executed his duties with the utmost integrity. Despite my husband having an active real estate license, we entrusted Lee with this transaction, and we are so happy we did. You will be, as well.

Experienced, Knowledgeable, Honest, Responsive, Personable, Empathetic. These are just a few of the words we would use to describe Lee Mendelzon. When we signed the listing agreement with Lee, he promised to "take care of everything". This was no empty promise! Among many other things, Lee organized some repairs to the house, introduced us to a wonderful Estate Sale Agent (Rose), and responded promptly to our MANY questions and concerns. He even found a buyer for our car! The sale of our home would not have happened without Lee's expertise, negotiating skills and patience. He is simply THE BEST!

An agent that goes above and beyond. Lee was the sellers agent on my home when I purchased it. His expertise, knowledge and helpfulness with the first transaction were the reasons I decided to list my house with him. He made the sale of my home easy and pleasant and helped with issues outside of the transaction when I wasn't able to. I highly recommend Lee if you're looking for the right agent to represent you.

An outstanding realtor! So knowledgeable and such great advice. You really can't do better. Helped me find my dream home and also help me sell a home.
