Realty Executives Integrity

As we started our process of looking for a home, Ben worked hard to know what we were looking for in our new home. He listened intently and walked us through with such professionalism and knowledge that I never worried or left with questions. If I found a home or homes and wanted to look into it, Ben checked on it and got back to me with the status quickly. When we went to homes, he walked through the outside pointing out all of the things to look for in a new home. Then, when inside, he looked at all elements of the home and the details that we were looking for in a new home. When we arrived at what is now our new home, Ben knew that this was our home. He did not change his process -- he walked us around the house, in the garage, then inside. He pointed out the elements that were on our "must have" list as if he wrote it himself! He knew that this was our home. His attention did not stop there. As we got closer to the closing, he continued to keep in touch and came to congratulate us at the closing! Ben is an incredible realtor and so attentive to every detail of the process. The most beautiful part -- 33 days after Ben alerted us to the availability of the home, we closed on our home! I recommend Ben to everyone we meet -- whether they are looking to buy, rent or sell!! My husband and I are thrilled with our new home and we credit Ben for this great ending to our year!!

Dave and Kathy work well together and with their vast experience, helped us find a home during my transition back to Southeastern Wisconsin in 2009. They bring both a tremendous amount of energy and passion to the business.

When purchasing a property it is not only cost that is important. Time it takes to get things done can be just as important. David was exceptional at getting the seller and myself on the same page very quickly and without drama. His years of experience were obvious and appreciated.

Ben was a pleasure to work with. He is quick to get you in for any listing, and always ahead of the game. He communicates promptly, and listens to all your needs.

Our experience with Ben could not have been more pleasant. He was very attentive to our needs and was accommodating with our schedule of when we wanted to see homes. We found him to be very knowledgeable when it came to finding a house with great bones! We found a wonderful home and we couldn't be more thankful for his help.
