Danielle hit the ground running. When I gave her the okay to start the selling process, she checked out the house, scheduled a photographer, created a listing, scheduled an open house within days. We received an offer the day after the showing and she countered immediately. Her communication between emails and phone calls was excellent. I would highly recommend her.
