I only have good things to say about Annie. With my price range, being a first time home buyer, and the local market being what it is, it took me quite a while to find the perfect house in the condition I was looking for. Annie was so patient and so helpful! We looked at a LOT of houses and I felt very comfortable discussing the pros and cons of each one with her and asking lots of questions. It was like going to showings with a good friend (who knows her stuff)! She's extremely knowledgeable in her field and in the local market. I learned SO MUCH from her. Annie was very patient with all of my questions and took the time to walk me through all of the processes. When it came to contract negotiation, the closing process, etc. I felt so comfortable knowing that she was so willing to walk me through anything I needed advice/clarification on. She was always quick to respond any time I would email, text, or call with questions or to set up another showing and was flexible with my crazy schedule. Even though I was buying a small house on a budget under 100k, I felt like I was treated the same way a buyer with a 700k budget would have been treated. Overall I am so happy to have had the pleasure to work with her, and would (and will) recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the future. She's awesome!
