My husband and I went in the model home in Mary's Point just out of curiosity. Tobi Welty just happened to be the realtor there that day. We are SO GLAD. he was too. He has been very supportive, easy to reach, and answered any questions we had. We didn't plan on buying a home, but after seeing the beautiful model and talking with Tobi, we just closed on our new home 3 days ago. Everyone we dealt with was very supportive. Jordan was also fantastic to work with!!! We have made some new lifelong friends with Tobi and Jordan. Great guys to work with. DR Horton better keep these guys around.

I want to take the time to share just how incredible our sales agent, Toby Welty has been! From our first interaction, he has been so caring and helpful, taking time to address concerns or questions my husband and I had. He even met with us multiple times after his technical office hours to accommodate our work schedules. Throughout the process, Toby was (and is) so quick to respond and update us. Even on closing day when we had some issues, Toby jumped in to help and made sure all issues were taken care of for us. Now that we have been in our new home for almost a month, Toby is STILL in contact with us and willing to lend a helping hand. 10/10 couldn't recommend a better sales agent!
