Realty Exchange

Michael Vandiver was my realtor and he provided an excellent service. He makes sure to explain the house language for a first time buyer like me. Also he helps you in every way he can. Totally recommend!

Michael is awesome! He helped with the sale of my house after I moved to another state. He went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was handled in a prompt manner, and provided great advice and communication along the way. I highly recommend Michael for your real estate needs!

Outstanding service, listening and relational skills to meet our needs. We are blessed!

Michael was very patient with us showing us many, many properties. We found the perfect property we wanted but it seemed out of reach for us. My wife told Michael this is were we want to live our last chapter and he worked very hard to get us our dream property. Michael was a miracle worker and not only did we get the property it was $29,000 less than asking. Thanks Michael your great and we would recommend you to everyone.

Michael was fantastic. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area, we were able to get our dream house at a steal because of his hard work and negotiation.
