I wish I had a good experience with Laura, because she seemed nice when we first met. Unfortunately, after interacting with her during a negotiation on a home in Yaphank on Sommerset drive, I can't not give a positive review. After negotiations, our offer was accepted for the listing price. We did inspections and really loved the house. After inspections finished and we spoke in length about how much we loved the house, we left. Less than an hour later, Laura called and said they won't sell the house to us unless we go up even higher, they asked for 15K more. If they didn't like our offer I wish they would have just said so. In stead of having us pay for inspections so we feel committed and then say 15K more or no deal. Although I know it is legal, it seems and felt like a very unethical way to do business.

Laura made the home buying process so simple for us. She makes you feel like family, and will do whatever it takes to get you the home that you want. Shes a warrior in the trenches, and a great person. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. The best!!
