I interviewed 4 realtors before choosing Sheila Urbanek. I chose Sheila due to her preparedness, responsiveness and knowledge. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns, extremely communicative throughout the process. She will go the extra mile to please her clients. My experience with Sheila was exceptional.

Excellent!!! Sheila provided professionalism with security. Looking for a home takes on many aspects from searching to ultimately purchasing. Throughout all aspects of this process Sheila provided expert recommendations, guidance and security knowing that I was being represented in the best possible way.

Sheila was amazing. We were moving across the country and couldn't be present to see the houses in person. Anytime we were interested in a property, she would go and give us a video tour including showing us around the neighborhood. She got to know our likes/dislikes and when we eventually decided on a property, she brought her own handyman to do some repairs and arranged for contractors to come and give us quotes on a kitchen and flooring remodel. Highly recommend Sheila to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Working with Sheila was absolutely amazing. She and her team were so communicative and friendly throughout the entire process, and helped us get a great sale price on our home in Fresno. They advocated for us throughout the process, helped us with necessary repairs, and were able to help us make some important decisions during the listing and sale. I could seriously go on and on about her. Not only did she walk us through the process step by step, but she was on top of every little detail and was able to explain it in language that was easy to understand (this was our first time selling a home so it was new to us). She was also just so friendly and warm, I would consider her a friend now - I'm going to miss talking with her! She was a total breath of fresh air. I would 1000% work with Sheila again if the need were to arise. I cannot thank Sheila and her team enough for their awesome work. Thank you again so much!!
