I have now worked with Cristina on 3 transactions: she helped me purchase my first home 6 years ago, then helped me find a new place and sell the other one this year. There are two important things to know about Cristina: she knows her stuff (like REALLY knows it) and she is an educator at heart. I knew nothing about purchasing a home and she guided me through every step, teaching me at every turn so that I could make the best possible decision. She is patient and positive, and she kept my hopes alive when I thought I would NEVER find the right place. She was right, eventually we found the perfect home and Cristina wrote an offer that put us at the front of the pack. In fact, the woman who sold us the home was a realtor, and she told us there were a lot of offers, and that we got the house because Cristina put together an offer that no one could compete with. Cristina and her assistant, Marianne, were instrumental to helping my elderly parents sell their house in Del Valle before moving out of state. Marianne speaks Spanish and was really helpful in keeping my mom up to speed with everything that was happening. Cristina and Marianne were thorough, easy to reach, and always helpful in answering our questions and explaining every step of the process. Cristina's strategy to get the house ready to put the house on the market and managing the multiple offers that came in was perfect. We got a spreadsheet outlining the details of each offer we received and Cristina was extremely patient answer our numerous questions. Cristina also attended the closing and arranged to make sure we had a Spanish-speaking closing agent so my mom would be more comfortable. In all, we couldn't have done it without Cristina and Marianne!
