Lakshmi did outstanding job in our purchase of condo. She was very diligent, and on top of the whole closing process that let us close the deal within 10 days!

Lakshmi helped us with buying our primary residence in California. She took all our requirements and relentlessly helped us with filtering and showing the best listings that met our criteria. Her positive attitude and expertise in the current real estate markets definitely factored in getting our offer accepted in this highly competitive bidding market. She helped us strike an optimal balance in getting our requirements met while guiding us with a purchase price without going out of our budget. Overall we recommend Lakshmi for any real estate needs!

Lakshmi is very responsive and enthusiastic in providing information through out the home buying process. She is very professional and waked us through all the paper work patiently. Her dedication and communication skills were truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us get our home. It was absolute pleasure working with Lakshmi and definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in bay area.

Lakshmi helped me in buying a home in Tracy, CA. She never forced me to like a property. She will work late in day to show houses in the area. She seemed familiar with the area. After an offer was made, she will diligently pursue with other parties, negotiate mutual concerns and contingencies. She will provide all the disclosures and follow the closure of contingencies. She was a nice and friendly agent. Even after escrow closing, she would go to the house and hand over all the keys and instructions. It was my pleasure working with her.

Lakshmi was exceptional in helping us sell our townhome in San Jose. Her knowledge of the real estate market & strategic approach led to our house becoming pending sale just two weeks after the open house. She understood our wants/needs and gave us sound advice appropriately. Were happy with how smoothly everything went, from start to closing. Would definitely recommend to my other friends in the bay area.
