Miranda was absolutely amazing and so wonderful to work with! She was so excited with us and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth! Even when there was some challenges, she worked behind the scenes to make sure everything worked out perfectly! She was able to negotiate us a 6% sellers credit, which is UNHEARD of! We had a more challenging loan, an FHA renovation loan, which required some extra steps but she made it go through perfectly and we closed within 40 days! Right on time! I can't say enough great things about Miranda. My first interaction was by scrolling through Zillow and wanting to look at a manufactured home and her name came up so I said sure (I just wanted to see the home). Little did I know that this stranger would turn into my guardian angel that genuinely had mine and my husband's back through the home buying process.
