Delivers on promises and always, I really mean it, always, calls you back! Even picked up Starbucks for both on the way to the showing. Working with Samir was fun and easy

My experience with Samir was excellent. He had the answer to everyone of my questions. He did everything I asked and expected of him. He even went out of his way to fix some of the things in my home that I would have had to hire out someone to do. He did this on his own time and did not even charge me. I found him extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the market. I sold my house for more money than I would have thought because Samir believed my home could yield a larger margin because of the other homes in the area. I would 100% recommend Samir for any of your real estate needs.

We are in the process of buying a home, we have had issues with our credit history and thought we could not buy a home. Samir connected us with a local lender that showed us what we need to do to get our credit up to par. Almost there, dream almost come true. Very happy with him.

Very informative and was able to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Educated me on things I never knew were so important when selling my home. Had a few issues that needed addressing before closing and Samir was again there to help me get that sorted out. All around a great guy to work with, would definitely work with again and would recommend him to anyone. Rockstar!!!

Samir has been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout our home search process! He acts with our absolute best interest in mind and we couldnt be more thankful.
